Big Miniature Farms is a specialty grower with the USDA. They have a certified production kitchen in historic downtown Mt. Carroll where they produce their homemade specialty jams. In addition to the jams, they offer an assortment of homemade cheesecakes and occasional home cooked, carry-out meals.
