Scenic Art Loop Art Exhibition at the Coliseum
Description
April 1 – May 31 | Taft Gallery, Oregon, IL
Artwork from across the Driftless Region comes together this spring at the Coliseum Museum of Art, Antiques & Americana with the Scenic Art Loop Exhibit. This group features a collection of artists connected through the Scenic Art Loop—an established network of creatives based in eastern Iowa and southwestern Wisconsin.
The exhibit includes work by Amy Laskye, Andrew Raeside, Catherine Recker, Christina Cruz, Rebecca Jayne Hennesey, Stephonie A. Schmitz, and Theresa Blitgen, offering a diverse mix of styles and mediums inspired by the landscapes and culture of the Driftless Region.
While the Scenic Art Loop is a self-guided studio tour in its home region, this exhibition brings a curated selection of that talent to Oregon for local audiences to enjoy in one place. Visitors can explore a range of artistic perspectives shaped by rolling hills, river valleys, and small-town life—no road trip required.
