Mount Carroll Pumpkin Fest offers a variety of FREE, family-friendly activities to help you get into the Halloween spirit. Activities include Halloween fun at the library, face painting, pumpkin painting, dancing witches, mini gourd build-n-race track, 3 giant inflatable games, special area with activities & games geared toward the younger kids, and a ping-pong ball drop.

The Farmer’s Market opens at 8 a.m. with many vendors, a variety of food options, and live music by Marques Morel.
