Named for Morrison’s own Robert A. Millikan, winner of the 1923 Nobel Prize in Physics, this park  is located in downtown Morrison and was developed by the City of Morrison with the assistance of the City of Morrison Historic Preservation Commission. The park includes icons of Morrison's past such as a hitching post, railroad crossing signal, horse trough, and historic brick pathways.
