Hiher Ryde is a group exercise on a special stationary cycle called the Real Ryder. Its not just a sit and pedal Cycle, it moves side to side and offers a great workout. In the group sitting you will be lead thru valleys, hills, trails, and HILLS. Great music, great core workout, and high-calorie burn. We currently have 9 real Ryders and three in door rowing machines. All fitness levels are welcome and the duration of ride is 60 minutes. Bring a friend.
