A Visit with General Grant | Savanna

History fans will love this.

There were nine generals from Galena. That's the most from any town north or south during the Civil War. On his 200th birthday, General Grant, portrayed by Bob Bowman, will give a talk about his life and experiences during the war. 

The event takes place at the Savanna Museum & Cultural Center in Savanna, IL, on July 1, at 6:30 p.m.
