A vintage campground located in historic Savanna, IL. Instead of pavement, we have grass & trees but our best “amenity” is the beautiful and peaceful outdoors! The Great River Bike Trail runs right through our campground! 30 amp electric and water hook-ups. Rentals, bait and tackle, ice, supplies and more.
At Spring Lake Campground, our central focus is to provide you and your loved ones with an experience you will cherish for a lifetime. We want Spring Lake to not only be a sanctuary for wildlife but a peaceful oasis for our campers. Spring Lake campground has been providing this unique experience since 1943. A weekend spent at Spring Lake Campground will be like stepping back in time when life was much simpler. Spring Lake Campground is more than just a place to park your camper or pitch your tent, it’s a one-of-a-kind vintage camping experience you will never forget.
Camping season is May 1st to Oct. 31st.
Ice fishing is allowed after duck hunting season.
We also offer the Tiny House Cabin, an Airbnb rental located within our campground. It is a private and cozy getaway right on the lake where guests enjoy all the campground has to offer, such as canoe/kayak rentals, bonfires, access to the camp store with games and snacks, direct access to the Great River Bike Trail, and the beautiful view of nature in a relaxed camp vibe.
