Enjoy the 1152-acre state park, which offers fishing, boating, concessions, hiking and biking trails, cross-country skiing, and more. In the winter, you can also ice fish and snowshoe.
Equestrians may use a 14-mile trail through the park. The trail has a watering well and an overnight camping site with shelter. Weather-dependent, this portion of the park is closed from November 1 through April 30.
Camping is year-round at Morrison-Rockwood State Park and will delight all who love the out-of-doors. Ninety-two camping sites are available in heavily wooded areas of the park. Each site has electricity, a grill, and a table. A shower building with flush toilets is available from May 1 through October 31.
