Come one, come all to Rochelle’s Cinco de Mayo Celebration on Saturday, May 3rd from 3-11 p.m. at the Rochelle REC Center, on 802 Jones Road. This vibrant community event is packed with exciting activities, live entertainment, and family-friendly fun for everyone. Get ready to enjoy live music from Banda Peñasco and Grupo Altiro, two crowd-favorite bands bringing the energy and rhythm to the celebration.

The festivities also include dog races, a bounce house, a mechanical bull, and an array of craft vendors and delicious food options. The celebration wouldn’t be complete without a colorful Ballet Folklorico performance showcasing traditional Mexican dance. Hosted by the Hispanic Community Association, this event promises ¡mucha diversión! (lots of fun) and an excellent opportunity to come together and celebrate culture, community, and Cinco de Mayo in style.
