Live Music at the Museum – April Performance
The Savanna Museum & Cultural Center invites the community to another unforgettable evening of Live Music on Friday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m. This month’s featured performers are acclaimed jazz vocalist Anne Burnell and celebrated pianist Sami Scot. Their performance will occur in the museum’s Community Room, 406 Main Street in Savanna.
Guests can look forward to a rich blend of familiar favorites and fresh interpretations, with musical influences ranging from Diana Krall and Norah Jones to Bonnie Raitt and Julie London. The ambiance of candlelit tables, cabaret-style seating, and refreshments will create a warm, inviting setting for an evening of exceptional live music.
Plus!
Adding to the charm of the night, the event will be hosted by Marc Kelly Smith, renowned founder of the Poetry Slam movement, whose vibrant presence promises an extra touch of flair and fun.
This monthly concert series is made possible partly by the Illinois Arts Council and is proudly presented by the Savanna Historical Society. Donations are welcomed and appreciated, helping to support ongoing cultural programming in the community.
