LIVE Music at the Museum with Joe Soliz
February 28 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
The Savanna Museum & Cultural Center is pleased to present Joe Soliz as the featured musician for this month’s LIVE Music at the Museum event on Feb. 28.
Joe Soliz is a well-established musician in the Quad Cities and the surrounding live music scene. He has been a member of several local bands, co-founded Smooth Groove, performed with The Crooked Cactus Band for 14 years, and has been a member of Country Tradition since 2022. He has also had the opportunity to perform alongside jazz piano legend Warren Parish and Sandy Manuel, drummer for Roy Orbison.
During this performance, guests will enjoy a selection of songs from artists such as Alan Jackson, The Rolling Stones, The Eagles, Bob Seger, Vince Gill, Jude Cole, Brooks & Dunn, Elton John, Eric Clapton, and others.
Marc Kelly Smith, a well-known poetry slam entertainer, will host the evening. Light refreshments, including homemade cookies and a variety of beverages, will be provided by the Events Committee.
The Illinois Arts Council partially funds this event, and a suggested donation of $10 is encouraged to support future programs in the museum’s Community Room.
