Get ready for a high-energy day of fitness and community spirit at the annual Harvest Hammer Duathlon in Morrison, Illinois! This exciting event features a 5K run followed by a 21-mile bike ride for individual duathletes. Participants also have the option to take part in just the 5K run or team up with a partner—one runs, one rides. Co-ed teams are welcome and encouraged! The adult race starts at 8:00 AM and features chip timing for accurate results.

The fun continues at 10:00 AM with a series of youth races designed for children of all ages:

Fun Run for 2nd grade and under
Fun Run for 3rd–5th grade
Challenge Run for 5th–8th grade

Exciting prizes are awarded: a free bicycle for a child in each of the Fun Runs, and a cash prize for the winner of the Challenge Run. After the races, kids can enjoy a complimentary Color Run—a vibrant and joyful way to wrap up the festivities.

All proceeds support the Morrison Rotary Club’s efforts in youth programming, education, community development, and international outreach.
