The 3rd Annual Bellson Music Fest will be held on Saturday, June 8, at the RB&W District in Rock Falls, IL. This year is a Centennial Celebration of the legacy of Louie Bellson (1924–2009). A Rock Falls native, he rose to become a renowned drummer, composer, band leader, and six-time Grammy nominee.

Rock Falls Tourism, which collaborates closely with Josh Duffee, a music director from Davenport, Iowa, and Bellson’s widow, Francine Bellson, is responsible for hosting the event.

Bonus | Drum Clinic

11 am to noon: Drum Clinic conducted by Steve Smith, world-renowned percussionist and former drummer for the legendary band “Journey,” at the McCormick Event Center (205 E. 3rd St., Rock Falls).

Inclement Weather Location

In case of inclement weather, the event will move to the McCormick Event Center at 205 E. 3rd St., Rock Falls.
