Event kicks off with a night of holiday BINGO

In Rock Falls the smell of fresh pine, the sounds of laughter in the air, lights twinkling and friendly smiles along the streets means it is time for Hometown Holidays. Join us for a variety of unique activities for all ages, November 15-17.

Looking for that perfect gift for friends and family this holiday season?Looking for that perfect gift for friends and family this holiday season?Join us Thursday, November 15, at the Rock Falls American Legion. Doors open at 4 pm and Games start at 6 pm. Advance tickets are NOT required, but they do provide reserved seating in prime locations. Must be 18+ to enter. Each of the PRIZES is valued at $50-$250

Uptown Christmas Walk Friday night
The Uptown Christmas Walk on the Nov.16 includes live reindeer & visits with Santa plus free photo opportunities. Our Frozen Wonderland has games, and photo opportunities with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Wonder Woman, Mrs. Incredible, Spiderman, Batman, Chicago Cubs' Cubby Bear, and more! There will also be wagon rides, live entertainment, activities, treats, and more all night!

Twin Cities Holiday Parade Saturday at 1 pm
The Annual Twin Cities Holiday Parade steps off at 1:00 PM on Saturday the 17th and begins on E. 4th Street near the Grandon Civic Center. The parade route winds its way through Downtown Sterling, crosses the 1st Avenue Bridge, and proceeds down 1st Avenue through the heart of Rock Falls. The parade ends at Merrill School at 5th Avenue & 5th Street, where the Rock Falls Chamber's annual Christmas Party with Santa & Mrs. Claus will take place with free activities, games, cookies, and much more.
