On Saturday, February 11, the public is invited to come to visit the lower dam at 142 W. 1st St. in Rock Falls from 9 am - 10 am to view the eagles. Next, head over to the Rock Falls Community Building at 601 W 10th St.in Rock Falls, at 10:00 am. There will be nature-related vendors at this event and speakers.

Presentations
1. Northern Illinois Raptor Rehab & Education. They will be bringing 4-6 live birds including possibly an eagle.
2. Rudy Vallego from the Kickapoo & Potawatomi Tribe doing Indian dances and a celebration of the Eagles.

The event is free and welcomes all ages.

Bring your binoculars and camera, dress warmly, and be ready to learn a lot about the bald eagle and other birds along the Rock River.
