Because of COVID-19 concerns, the play is NOT being canceled, BUT the theater is only selling 24 tickets per performance. Therefore, tickets are limited.
Black box theater is alive and well in Dixon
Dixon Stage Left presents the classical farce, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST, for three weekends in March. It runs Mar. 13-14, 20-21, and 26-28, 2020. This production is sponsored by Waterfront Gifts & Antiques.
What's it about?
The story follows the antics of two young men and their pursuit of simple pleasures. The story is a whirlwind of mistaken identities, secret engagements, and social entanglement. Dixon Stage Left invites you to experience the newly remodeled theater and see their unique production of this classic farce.
What is Dixon Stage Left?
Our vintage space has been tastefully remade into a simple but elegant black box theater. Seating for 60 in cabaret-style means there isn't a bad seat in the house.
All of the patrons are within 30 feet of the action on stage. Flexible seating means they can accommodate both intimate parties or large groups. Go to the website for tickets at the top of this event.
