Annual Maple Syrup Festival - Byron Forest Preserve

The Byron Forest Preserve District hosts their annual Maple Syrup Festival on Saturday, March 16 from 8-11 a.m. at the Heritage Farm Museum. It's located at 8059 North River Road in Byron. 

Hayrides, tours, crafts, & pancakes!

This family event will feature hayrides to see the maple tree tapping, tours of the maple syrup evaporation process, children’s crafts and a pancake breakfast featuring 100% pure local made maple syrup.  It takes place at the Heritage Farm Museum Expo Building. Maple syrup is available for sale while supplies last.

Admission

the cost is $5.00 per person, children ages 6 and under are free.
